Sadly, in that photo he is dead or in the process of dying - I don't recall which. The day before he was playing in the living room, just having a good time. The morning I took this photo I watched him lay there, in what turned out to be his final death throes. His breathing heavily labored, finally he rolled over onto his back, his feet shooting into the air like you might see in a cartoon. I presume he got into some poison in one of the neighbors apartments. I don't dig on the cruelty to animals, even mice, so I have come to accept my new mice overlords. Baby mouse's mom, dad, sisters and brothers are the one's plaguing me these days. Know where I can get a good, non-lethal mouse trap? That is one of the apartment mice - baby mouse.
